The house is situated in a tree lined avenue and has four bedrooms, well equipped Kitchen/diner, front room, first floor bathroom. There will be four people living at the house. The two people currently living there are very friendly, relaxed and polite, occupying two of the bedrooms.

There is a large garden, BBQ, free off street car parking, free street parking and garden sheds for bike storage etc.

5-10 mins walk from Kew Gardens District Line tube station, also North Sheen railway station 2 mins walk to bus to Hammersmith. Close to the Royal Botanic Gardens, shops, pubs, bars, restaurants etc. Post code is TW9 4JJ.

Council Tax and bills are not included.

We are looking for a friendly and respectful person who is clean and tidy to join the household.

Rent £550 per calendar month.
