Double room in central Richmond overlooking Thames

The building

We have a lovely furnished double room available in our large 2 bed flat in central Richmond overlooking the river. The flat has high ceilings, period features and a ton of storage space.

The location is ideal, 5/10 min walk from Richmond station, 5/10 min walk from Richmond Park and 1 minute walk from the Richmond shops, restaurants and bars.

We are a couple who both work hard Mon-Fri so are pretty chilled during the week. We're friendly and love to chat, but would respect the needs of somebody who just wants to come home and be in their room. You're welcome to share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, cupboards etc., and we just expect our new flatmate to be clean and tidy (we've done student living and are not there anymore!!)

The rent is £850 per month including bills. We would consider Mon-Fri rental (price negotiable) and you could leave your stuff in the room for the weekends. The room is available from early April until September with a possibility (but no guarantee) of extension.
