Very bright spacious double room with built in storage and wardrobes, desk and large sash window on Kew road, 7 mins walk from Richmond station. Flat has a view of Old Deer Park and is a 3 minute walk to The Shaftsbury pub or to Kew Botanical Gardens (this compensates for the flat not having a garden- 1 year unlimited pass costs £62).

Sharing with 1 other late 30s male professional, the flat has a very large living room with dining table and ample storage. The kitchen has recently been refurbished and is a good size. The bathroom is just a very small shower room but is adequate.
Overall the flat is comfortable and spacious if a little dated in décor (but perfectly OK!) it is warm, quiet, affordable and above all a great location. I’ve been living in the flat for 4 months now and have loved it. It’s a big place but the heating is efficient and being on the top floor we get all the heat from the lower flats so the bills are not bad at all (gas has been about £50/mth and electric £20 but this should be much less in summer. Water is included and the share of council tax will be about £85 and broad band is £10) I’m now looking for a like-minded relaxed professional to come and share with me and enjoy living in this great part of London!

Reference/credit check will be required by landlord for which there is a small charge, but there are no additional agency fees. Deposit is £1000.
