Double room in friendly flat share Kew Gardens

Hi all,

We're looking to fill an unfurnished double room in our Kew Gardens flat share.

The flat is lovely and location perfect (Sandycombe road, 3 mins walk from Kew village /Kew Gardens tube - zone 3). The flat is spacious and comfy, we're both busy and out a lot so we're sure you'll feel at home and have enough space.

You'd be sharing with Zoe, 38, works in sales and Dave, 33, works for TFL.

We're both very friendly and positive and like to hear about what's going on in each others worlds and also very chilled.

We'd love you to be happy, friendly, clean, tidy and ideally not have friends round constantly. Although we like meeting new people!

Kew Gardens is such a nice area. Lovely village feel with cute shops and a monthly market.

Happy to consider males or females, 25 - 40 yrs old ideally.

No bills are included in the price but everything is pretty normal and reasonable.

The room is available immediately but we can be a little flexible with move in date.
