Station 8 min walk and 20 mins via SW trains to Waterloo, plus district line tube and overground to Highbury.
Cost: £850/month all bills inc. (high speed broadband, washer-dryer, cleaner once/week, dishwasher etc.). Flat refurbished this year, always clean and tidy and really quiet. Also happy for anyone wanting Monday-Friday for £625/month (all inc.).
Room fully furnished with new double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, bedside table plus desk and chair.
Sharing with 35 y. o. professional female (non-smoker) who stays at boyfriend's fairly often, will respect your space but equally always happy to have a beer and a chat. As a bonus local pubs are brilliant and proper locals.
Deposit half a month's rent with one month's notice as terms. Prefer single person or someone who is likely to stay at their other half's (latter applies in my case). Thanks all!
