You will have access to all communal spaces including a gorgeous eat-in kitchen, lounge with fireplace, and garden.

Available for up to 6 months from January.

The Space:

King size bed, very large wardrobe space, desk, bedside table, arm chair.
Bathroom with beautiful roll-top bath and walk-in shower.
Beautiful eat-in kitchen with range cooker and a range of cooking facilities, washer-dryer, dishwasher, large fridge.
Cosy lounge with fire.
Large shared garden with garden furniture.

Looking for:

A single flatmate who looks after themselves and the space they live in. Im sorry I can't accommodate anyone looking to work from home. I'm very healthy and active, so I guess it would be great to share the same interests with someone - makes house-sharing so much easier!

Me:

I'm self-employed and can be at home from time to time. I'm really into my fitness and healthy eating and train most days. I live quite quietly and tidily really, and tend to hit the hay out 10pm so not looking for big parties. Love to cook and share the occasional mealtimes, telly evenings, or a bottle of wine together every now and then.

The Neighbourhood:

The flat is right in the heart of Richmond being a mere 1 minute walk from Richmond Bridge and all the neighbouring shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, cinemas and theatres Richmond has to offer.
Numerous grocery stores to choose from within 2-5 mins walking distance e. g. Waitress, Wholefoods, Tesco, Sainsburys metro

Getting around:

Less than 1 minute walk from Richmond Bus Station
5-8min walk from Richmond train station with direct trains to Waterloo in 16mins.
10mins walk to Richmond Park.
