Mon-Fri large single room with shower

If you only need accommodation Monday to Friday, then come and stay with me. I have a large single room with own shower room and toilet in a very quiet location in South Croydon.

You will have use of the dining room, kitchen and garden. I will do your laundry (if required) and all bills are inclusive. There is a wireless broadband service. My accommodation would suit someone who requires peace and quiet and are clean and tidy.

There is plenty of room for parking on the drive. There is a frequent bus service into Croydon town centre. 433 and 64 buses run every 8 min, taking approximately 10 min travel time to East Croydon station where there are fast train connections to London Bridge (15 min), London Victoria (15 min), Gatwick Airport (20 min) Brighton (35-50 min) and many more. The trams run nearby to Wimbledon, Beckenham and Elmers End.

Sainsbury’s and Aldi are a short walk away and the local high street has several banks, building societies, coffee shops, restaurants, and a Wetherspoon’s pub. There are several golf courses nearby and if you enjoy walking, there are many walks in beautiful woodland with open countryside. Croydon Sports Club is at the end of my road. Croydon town centre has a lively restaurant and wine bar scene.
