Monday to Friday Let (max of 5 nights so Sunday to Thursday is ok) £550 pcm. .Unable to consider reduced rates for less than 5 nights a week and unfortunately no weekends.
Lovely room with double bed, tv on wall and inbuilt double wardrobe with own bathroom with shower (my room has an ensuite shower room), I’m happy to provide and wash bed linen and towels each week but would request other washing is taken home.
Very quiet location in a no through road but close to local shops and eateries in Selsdon and Addington.
House has a lovely garden that looks good all year round.
Good transport links with bus and tram stops within a short walk. There is parking available in the road with no restrictions.
I share my home with my lovely Westie who is no trouble and loves meeting new people!!
Looking for someone who will appreciate their surroundings and keep their room and the house in a tidy and clean state. I'm very happy for you to cook but would request that pots and pans are washed and dried and the kitchen is cleaned as you go along. The dishwasher is very good.
