Housemate wanted to share 2 bedroom cottage in Send, near Guildford.
Parking, garden, double bedroom, wooden floors, fireplace in lounge and dining room, use of all utilities, internet, telephone (incoming calls only).
£150 per week including bills (not telephone), plus deposit.
Only professionals to apply. Would prefer someone who works shifts or a university student.
