Lovely Double bedded room for single occupancy overlooking garden in owner occupied quirky/laid back Victorian 3 bed semi detached home just across the road from the river at Send. No ensuite but bathroom and separate shower room. On street parking available. Easy access to A3 and M25. Use of sitting room and kitchen/diner and study, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, unlimited wireless broadband, lovely tranquil sunny garden (gardening is my 'thing'). Must like animals as over friendly labradoodle in residence. Come and have a look and a chat, I would prefer someone who likes a quiet household. Wouldnt suit anyone who is a clean freak as aforementioned dog sees to that! Shared before.
