The person renting the room will have almost sole use of a large bathroom with a stone bath tub and wet room shower.

You will be sharing the flat with a young professional couple and their child. The family bedrooms are in the opposite side of the house allowing for very high level of privacy. The family also has an independent toilet using the main toilet only occasionally.

We are looking to rent the spare room to non smoking professional/student (no couples).

No animals allowed and no DSS.
