Double room, own bathroom - large cottage in Shere

In a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful countryside, I have a large cottage that I share with two cats (old and I'm afraid one won't make Christmas) and a retired horse.
The light, bright double room is on the ground floor and has an adjacent bathroom with a roll-top tub and overhead shower. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs; my son is away at uni, but will be around (to eat and sleep, that's about it!) during the holidays.
There is a large garden, secure shed for a bike to be stored and off street parking.
I am a warm, friendly, respectful, tidy person, with a half glass full attitude to life and am looking for someone similar, who would be happy to share a glass of wine and the odd meal.
I would prefer to live with someone younger than me, and that could be a mature student.
Although there is public transport in Shere, the location would suit a car driver.
Shere is a great village, we even have a cinema!
All house bills included, and I guess we can sort out the smaller things like tea and coffee!
