Housemate sought for mainly female house. Room is a Large Double room(4. 7m x 3. 5m) with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, and overlooking front garden, available in a 1930's semi-detached house in Shirley, Croydon, close to West Wickham (Croydon, Beckenham and Bromley all within 2 1/2 miles). Very low crime rate area. Share with 1 female [23], and one couple [mid to late 20's]. All professional, clean and friendly.
Room has recently been newly decorated to a high standard.
Recently fitted Double glazed Bay windows capture morning sun till 2pm. Additional storage in four large drawers in bed base.

Large lounge is shared (but, in practice, little used by the other housemates), as is garden etc. French windows in lounge open on to Patio (ideal for barbecues) and Large garden with 3 apple trees (lots of free apples!) Double glazing, and thick loft insulation to keep bills down. Wireless B/B Internet, Central heating, Washing Machine, 2 Fridges, Freezer, Microwave, Widescreen TV, Freeview Digital PVR, DVD Recorder, video, Piano. 2 toilets (both separate from bathroom), lockable rooms. Off-street parking.

1 minute from bus stop - then 10-15 minutes by bus to East Croydon station (then 18 min by rail to London Bridge/Victoria). 10 minutes from Eden Park railway station (London Bridge also), yet only 1 or 2 miles from open countryside. TFL zone 5.

Bills not included. council tax will be £37pcm and the other bills work out at £34pcm to £70pcm depending on the season, so budget for a total cost of £460-£495pcm.
