We have got a 4 bedroom house in nice area of Shirley , Croydon. It’s a quiet residential area where you have people from different walks of life and respect each other.
We are working couple and have a little cute daughter. We are looking for one female tenant who can stay with us like a family member. You should be full time working professional. Unfortunately you can’t bring Pork or Beef to this place. But we are pretty fine with chicken and fish.
About place - its a double bed room with cupboard and lots of sunshine. There would be a bathroom close to your room and one cloak room downstairs. You would be pretty much welcome to use living room and watch TV and with lots of sunshine expected in coming month, you can use our garden too.
Its pretty close to bus stop - 367 from this place goes to Bromley and Croydon and having a good frequency. Elmers end and Arena tram stops are around 15 minutes walk.
The rent includes all utility bills.
