Good-sized double in Surbiton houseshare

Hi Guys

We're looking for a friendly, neat, non-smoking, professional housemate to add to our existing houseshare. You'd be sharing a large, 3-storey semi-detached house, that over-looks the Thames, with 3 x English (1 girl, 2 guys) & 1 x South African. The house is a 10-15min walk to Surbiton station (with fast trains into Waterloo every 12 mins) and only a 20min walk from the main shopping area of Kingston.

The room itself is a good-sized double and comes unfurnished. All bills are included except for gas (which works out at about £30/month on average) and the internet (£4). References are required.

We're looking for a guy or girl between 25-33 years old to move in from the 1st March (move-in date is flexible).
