1 Large double bedroom to share in a clean and friendly home.
Our house is a two minute walk from the K1 bus stop which takes up to 10 minutes to get into surbiton, 20 minutes into Kingston. The A3 is in easy reach for anyone that drives to work, with off street parking. We have all the usual white goods as well as a Tumble dryer, Large LCD screen TV and dishwasher. The kitchen has patio doors that open up onto a beautiful garden. The house has two bathrooms, a large kitchen diner and a cosy sitting room. We like to keep the house clean and tidy and have a weekly cleaner. Bills are not included and amount to £100 pcm including athe weekly cleaner, broadband and your usual bills.
We enjoy having friends over for dinner, in the summer there are bound to be BBQs. When we are not home you may find us down at the river or enjoying the great pubs in the area.
We are looking for someone that will treat the house like a home as we do and will keep communal areas clean and tidy.
