hello, I am advertising a Master bedroom in a fully furnished 3 bedroom property. The house is literally in front of the K1 bus stop that offers a frequent direct bus service to Surbiton (10 mins) and Kingston (15 mins).
For cyclers, a shed is available for bikes.
The room offered is inclusive of all bills including broadband and other amenities. There is also sole use of a large fridge-freezer.
It is a very lovely household, though currently with only one occupant. It would suit someone who'd love some peace and quiet after work, or love to share a drink and a bit of natter too....Preferably someone who is willing to treat the house as their own home.
