Small double room to let in Berrylands, by the station in a 5 bedroom house.
The house was completely refurbished recently, with new double glazed windows, new bathrooms (2) and all new kitchen appliances.
The room size is around 100 sqft, with nice wooden blind.
the room is advertised as unfurnished, however there is a wardrobe in it which can be thrown away if you don't need it. There is also a bed and mattress available from the previous tenant if needed (for extra cost).

All the bills (including broadband and council tax) are included in the rent

The current tenants are 3 males (2 English and 1 Hungarian) and a female (German). We are all between 30 and 37 and we are looking for a female housemate to keep the balance (male-female ratio) in the house.
We are all respectful towards each other, not fussy, but we don't like to disturb each other and we expect the same from the new tenant.

The room is available for a few months only, weekly payments, only one week deposit required.
