It is a 10 minute walk to Berrylands station (zone 5) or 15 minute walk to Surbiton station (zone 6) with fast rail services (15 minutes) into London Waterloo. There is also a good bus service to Kingston town centre. Street parking is available and it is within easy access of the A3 and M25.
Rent will be reduced to £500 pcm for people who are ineligible for council tax.
I am ideally looking to rent the room on a short term basis. I will also consider renting on a Monday to Friday basis (rent will be reduced accordingly).
