The house is just a minute walk from a bus stop, with several buses going to Surbiton (5min ride) and Kingston (10mins ride). Fast trains to Waterloo from Surbiton in 15mins. Tesco metro and local amenities only minutes walk away.
All utility bills (water, electricity and gas), internet, virgin media TV and council tax included.
Would suit a Professional, working away from home during the week.
