I currently live in a house share with three other professionals, in the heart of Surbiton. I, however, am moving out end of August to live with some of my friends from university who have moved to the area. The room is available from 5th September 2014.

The room is a cosy double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers and small dressing table unit, it measures 12. 5ft by 6. 5ft. It is of decent size and contains all the essentials and is located on the top floor of the property. It also faces south, so there is lots of natural light all day.

The rent will be £477 per month for the room and £115 per month for the all of the bills (Gas, electricity, water, 60MB Virgin broadband and council tax), totalling £592.

Information about the house:
The house is of a very good size. It has a big living room which includes two leather sofas, dining table and chairs and a coffee table along with a couple of storage cabinets. The kitchen contains two ovens, two fridge freezers, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are two toilets in the property one next to the front door and a second in the upstairs bathroom along with a power shower, bathtub and basin. A utility room is situated on the lower floor next to the garage which houses a brand new washing machine and separate tumble dryer. There is also a small garden with a patio that is perfect for summer barbeques and general relaxation.

Information about Surbiton:
The property is situated very close to local amenities, less than a five minute walk to Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury's, Boots etc.
Surbiton station is just five minutes’ walk and from there Waterloo is around twenty minutes away on the fast trains.
Maple Road is packed with nice restaurants, bars and pubs.
Kingston town centre a twenty minute walk away along the river or ten minutes by bus.

You will be sharing with the three professionals Richard, Sarah and Tanuja who are a quiet bunch and are looking for a clean and considerate housemate.
