Decent sized UNFURNISHED double room is available for rent in a flatshare. Bills are on top which is approximately £100 extra - during winter it can be higher because of the heating. Broadband is already in the flat. There's off street parking in front of the block and we have a permit for 1 car.

There are already 2 professional girls in the flat and we would like to have someone who works from Monday til Friday, lived alone before, and respects flatmates.

About the payment you need to make if you'd like to take the room:
Deposit (1, 5 month rent in advance): £750
1 month rent: £500
Agency fee with VAT: £120
Total: £1370
