Double room available in Surbiton

Bright, single room

I have a single room to let in my house in Surbiton. THIS IS A MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET ONLY, although a full time short let will be considered (up to 3/4 months)
In the room there is a single bed, bedside table and chair and shelving. It is a bright room, neutrally decorated, and faces the (quiet) road.
The buses to Kingston and Surbiton are only a couple of minutes walk away, as is a corner shop, and in the other direction a small Tesco metro.
All utility bills and wi-fi connection are included in the rent.
As I am the home owner, this is not a house share situation although of course you will have use of the kitchen for preparing meals and doing laundry.
I am retired but lead a busy life. I am looking for someone who is quiet, tidy and respectful of others.
