Location: Surbiton, Howard road (5 mins walk from Surbiton station, perfect if you are commuting to central London, train takes only 15 minutes to London Waterloo), 15 minutes walk to Penrhyn road University or Knights Park Uni.
5 other lovely students (mixed), studying a variety of course
Large living room with TV, high speed internet, 1 bathroom incl. toilet, 1 shower room, 1 extra toilet, kitchen, nice garden, off street parking. With Washing machine and tumble dryer
The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.
