Looking for a new flatmate!

I have a double room in a spacious two bedroom, ground floor flat share on Catherine Road (corner of Maple road). The flat is in a great location, with Surbiton main line station a 5- 10 minute walk and the River Thames just at the end of the road.

The flat is spacious with two double bedrooms, a small kitchen, a fair sized bath / shower room and a very large living / dining room. The flat was recently renovated and has been finished to a high standard. The bathroom and kitchen where brand new at the time and there is wood flooring throughout.

The flat is furnished! There is pretty much always space to park on the road outside however this does require a permit which is around £90 per year. The rent quoted doesn’t include bills however at present we have a house account which we both pay £150 pm in to. This does cover all bills including broadband and council tax and contents insurance.

I am a 26 year old young professional. I have a fairly busy life style and I enjoy keeping fit; running, watching movies, cooking etc. I love a good night out and equally a good night in. I love this flat and have lived here for 6 months with my best friend who is unfortunately is moving in with her boyfriend. I am an organised and tidy person and I take pride in how the flat looks.

I am looking for a male or female flatmate between the ages of 24-30 who is outgoing and looking for a “home” not just somewhere to sleep. You need to be clean, tidy and up for a laugh and perhaps share a few interests of mine. Of course my Landlady will be vetting you too, so references and a reliable income are essential.
