Double Room To Rent Asap !

My brother and I are currently living above Reptile Kingdom in Surbiton (also above a pizza shop!)

Our flat mate has moved out and we are looking to rent out our biggest double room.

We have four bedrooms all together with another spare in case, two bathrooms, kitchen and large living room along with a roof terrace.

I am an actor and working in Recruitment and my brother is studying foundation science at Kingston.

We are looking for someone around our age or close so we can all hang out. We enjoy having friends over, parties, going out, the arts, theatre, cooking and music.

We have a pub across the road and a sainsburys local. Below is the pizza shop and we are a 7 minute walk from the station. There is also the 18 min fast train to Waterloo.

We want to get a cat or a rabbit so if you're allergic it probably isn't best.

Our other friend is moving in end of May but we are looking to fill this room as well.

We're are both friendly and fun and looking for someone to join our flat !

We give the option of one month notice if you want to move out.
