Short term let 10 mins from Surbiton Station

Reason for leaving:
I am looking to move out around the beginning of July as I will be leaving the UK in mid-July/ August to study abroad and need to find someone to replace me for the last 1 month of my contract.

Room/house details:
The room is a really nice, large spacious loft room with lots of light and a comfy memory foam mattress. The house has two bathrooms, and another of the flatmates has an en-suite. Conservatory, garden and large kitchen.

Flatmates:
The house is a friendly student house with people mostly in their final years who will also be leaving so there may be the possibility of staying longer in the house but this would have to be discussed with the landlord (who is also very down to earth and welcoming).
