The kitchen is a good size with plenty of room for storage.

It's a quiet place with lovely neighbours (only 6 flats in total in the building), so you'll be able to unwind after work and at weekends. Parking is available on the road (you'll just need to buy a permit 6 months is around 50 pounds) and Surbiton station is a 7 minute walk (where you can access fast trains into central London). The flat is also a 10 minute walk from Kingston Upon Thames, where you can find lots of shops and bars or sit on the river in nice weather (hopefully there is more to come!). Surbiton high street is 5 minutes away, which also has lots of nice cafes and bars if desired. The location is perfect in terms of public transport and main road access.

I have a very busy job, so I need a flatmate who lives a quiet life during the week but is able to relax and have fun at the weekends. Also someone who is clean around the flat, my old flatmate and I took it in turns to do the hoovering etc. The flat was professionally cleaned 3 weeks ago and inspected by the landlord (who is lovely and very reliable).
