I have a large and double room available for immediate rent in my 2 bedroom flat located on a quiet residential street in Surbiton.

The flat is 5-7mins walk to Surbiton station and 1min walk to bus stops into Kingston/Epson/Teddington etc. There are a number of shops, pubs and restaurants within 1-2mins walk.

The room has been re-decorated including a new carpet and double glazing. It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bookcase and desk/chair.

You would have full access to a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room - with TV and balcony. The kitchen is equipped including fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. Unallocated on street parking is available (no permits required).

The rent includes bills and broadband access but excludes landline telephone use. I would require a months rent as a deposit to secure the room, this would be returned when the room is vacated, assuming usual conditions.

You should be a clean and tidy professional and able to provide references. I am an easy going creative professional running my own business. I have rented out this room consistently over the last 15 years (to only 3 tenants).
