I recently bought in Thames Ditton after living in SW London for several years. I made the decision to buy here as it’s more chilled and so beautiful, especially this part of the thames. The river is just a 10 min walk away, where you can find pubs filled with paddle boarders and kayakers! The village has cafes, restaurants and an amazing bakery. The station is 1 minute from the flat so ideal for commuting into the office. Trains are direct to Waterloo, via Clapham Junction and Vauxhall. Bushy park and Hampton court are a 15 min walk away and both beautiful.

I’m now looking to rent out a large double room with an en-suite. There’s a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and room for a desk.
There’s also car parking spaces.

The flat has a large balcony which is west facing so you get the sun from lunch time until sunset and it’s beautiful!

A bit about me…
I’m 32 and I work mainly from home. However I’m usually busy on weekends seeing friends and family. I enjoy cooking and relaxing in the flat watching a movie or tv series. I’m always keen to meet new people and love travelling! I’m pretty laid back and I like the flat to be kept very clean and tidy so that it creates a relaxed environment.

I’m looking for a flat mate who shares similar interests and is happy to have a drink down at the pub on the river when it works for us both.

Can be flexible on move in date and am happy to do a 2 month contract or longer.
