For rent a double fully furnished room with a bathroom (MALES ONLY ) .The house is situated 10 minutes away from Thornton Heath rail station the closest bus stop is also 10 minutes away from the property. The bathroom and kitchen are shared bathroom only between yourself and 1 other person that occupies the loft room next door. The house is 3 stories and the room is in the loft, so please bear this in mind. The room is a comfortable size a double bed or single bed will be ordered for you (your preference) the room has pine furniture and a beautiful view looking out for miles its amazing at night. The room has a big radiator and double glazing also spotlights with a dimmer option. As the room is in the top of the house it is quiet and very secluded perfect for someone studying or wanting to just work and be able to unwind when they come home. Wifi is available in the house also and bills vary due to consumption use this is something that will be discussed upon viewing.
