I have a lovely double room available for rent.

This modern refurbished house is situated on a cul-de-sac on the borders of Norbury and Thornton Heath. The room is furnished. The bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden will be shared. The nearest train station is Norbury (zone 3), which is only a 20 minute walk from the house. Alternatively, there is a direct bus to Streatham Common train station, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house.

Permit free parking is available, there is also a driveway. The back garden has a mixture of greenery and decking, ideal for lounging in the sun!

Unlimited broadband is available.

Please note: I would prefer a female tenant only. This is a family home so would expect a clean, respectful, friendly and polite flatmate.

The cost is £650 per month including all bills. One months deposit and one months rent is required in advance.
