we are renting two rooms in our house in thornton heath on a quiet residential street in our 4 bedroom house with a lounge, dining area, two bathrooms, lovely gaRDEN

the house is 15 min walk to thornton heath station witch connect to victoria, london bridge or croydon. There is also a bus stop at the end of the street.
The rooms have beds and wardrobes but no other furniture.
there is a washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, Gas oven and stove, dishwasher, talk talk broadband

the prices are £420 plus bills for the twin room
£300 plus bills for the spacious double
