You'll be sharing the living room, two bathrooms, well equipped eat-in kitchen and beautiful well established garden, with mature couple and daughter.

Its a quiet neighborhood and the park is 20 mtrs away at the end of the road. Gas central heating Washing machine Dishwasher etc.

A parking space is available if required.

We prefer a female tenant and the price is £370 per calendar month (£85 per week) including WiFi and all bills.

If you don't know Thornton Heath: it has a huge Tesco next to the station as well as the usual high street shops.

Its exactly 9 miles south of Covent garden and there are fast frequent trains to;

Balham 8 mins (connects to Northern line)
Clapham Junction 15 mins
Victoria 23 mins
London Bridge 30 mins
East or West Croydon 8 mins
Buses 50, 198, 250, and 450 stop at end of road.

Its a 10 min drive to Ikea, and Purley way with all usual superstores: Sainsbury's, John Lewis, Argos PC World, B&Q etc. and its a 10 min walk to Mayday University Hospital.
