Hi there! I am looking for a clean, tidy and sociable lodger, quiet during the week but up for a few drinks at the weekend. I have a medium sized dog who is very friendly, so animal lover is essential, as well as someone trustworthy. If you have pets I am happy to consider them. I look after other dogs aswell, which are here during the working day, and sometimes overnight.

The room is a small double, recently redecorated and fully furnished. The flat consists of a large lounge/dining room, large kitchen and spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower. I also have a large, sunny garden. It is a top floor maisonette on a quiet, safe street next to the local park. Free parking is available outside. There are two large supermarkets within 5 minutes and 10 minutes to the cafes, pubs and shops of Crystal Palace.

Transport links are great with fast trains to both London Victoria, London Bridge and East Croydon. 7 minute walk to Thornton Heath station.

Rent is £550 per month including all bills (council tax, electric and gas, water, Sky TV and broadband). No DSS. No couples. No smokers.
