Singles or Couples wanted to share my cosy home!

You'll get a double furnished room which is situated in a cosy, warm hearted, chilled home.
I am a very friendly down to earth and easy going person with a well mannered 17 year old son.
Your room is situated at the front of the house, giving easy access to the kitchen and bathroom, both located downstairs  and of course privacy.
Positioned on a relatively quiet road, the house is tastefully decorated in neutral colours with a contemporary but cosy feel. It has a clean fully fitted kitchen/bathroom, central heating, internet and a 40ft garden, all available at your disposal and for the health conscious, there's a huge gym approximately 6 doors away.
In ZONE 4, it's only a10 min walk to Thornton heath rail station and takes approx 20 mins to Victoria or 25 mins to London bridge.
Alternatively, you have a choice of 2 buses: 450 & 250, less than 3 min walk away. The 250 bus will take you to Brixton, where you can change for another bus to take you to central London  (West end) alternatively, you can get the tube. The 450 will take you to crystal palace, where there are several alternative/ongoing routes.
I'm looking for someone or Couples who are professional, trustworthy, non smokers, quiet, very clean (important) and will respect and enjoy living in my home the way we do!!
