Single Room In A Clean House For A Girl Only

HI there,
I have a room to rent in a very quiet, residential area. The house is clean and have all facilities
the room has;
single bed
wardrobe
desk and a chair
the house
fast broadband
washing machine (you can use it as often as you need, no restrictions as one washing per week like in some other places)
big fridge
separate freezer
separate shower
toilet + bathroom
VERY big garden
plenty of storage in the loft if needed
and 2 kats...
In the house with you will be a total of five people, 3 men and a girl, we speak English, Italian and Polish.
We are vegans/vegetarians and it's one guy who rarely eats chickens :(:(
We are all focusing on full on recycling and keeping the house as clean as possible.
What we do require from you is;
To clean the house following the cleaning rota,
To clean straight after you are cooking or finishing to eat, personally I can't stand having dirty dishes over the night, sorry, not in this house...
To follow the recycling procedures.
Smoking outside OK unless its the funny one, then its OK to smoke in the room.
We DO NOT want;

Pets,
Kids
Unemployed
The rent is 105 pounds a week and its paid every four weeks, not every month and two weeks of deposit. The rent includes everything Council Tax/Gas/Electricity/Water and Fibre Optic Broadband.
If we short on cleaning products then we can divide it between five of us. Should not be more than couple of pounds a month or so.
As I've mentioned above, the area is very quiet and residential. 10 minutes walk to Thornton Heath and 10 mins on the bus to Norbury. Trains from there are going to London Bridge or Victoria within 20 minutes. Just outside the house there is a 250 24/7 bus that comes from Brixton to Croydon.
