Large Double Room in Thornton Heath

Hey!

We are a very relaxed and social house share and have a large double room available. The room is furnished with a double bed and 2 large IKEA wardrobes.

We live in a really nice house which has been recently renovated, we have a great kitchen with an American style fridge/freezer and range cooker. We have an open plan living/dining room with underfloor heating and a garden for BBQ's. We also have a smart central heating system for the upstairs rooms, security system and CCTV cameras for the outside. We keep the house warm and the common areas clean (living/dining/kitchen/bathroo m).

Bills included in your rent are internet, gas, electricity, water and council tax.

Area:
The house is in a nice, quiet street, and we both know and get on well with all the neighbours. There is free street parking available. Its a 5-10 minute walk to Thornton Heath Station, Tesco and the High St. It's approxmiately 10 mins train to Balham, 15 to Clapham Junction and 25 to Victoria. There is a Gym and Pool on the High St, 5 mins walk.

Us:
We are all easygoing working professionals, who enjoy spending the evenings together as well as organising occasional BBQs, dinners etc, and are respectful of each other and our neighbours. You'll be joining 1 Australian guy, 1 Scottish girl and 1 English girl. We are all sociable, enjoy travelling, music, films and are into most sports.
