I am a friendly professional living and working in London. I am looking for a tenant to share my two bedroom flat with.

The flat is in a good condition and has been furnished throughout.

Larger than average reception room with a double bed is available to let. Ideal for a couple or single female.
Included with the reception room to let are:
-Double Bed (with storage underneath)
-Two sitter leather sofa.
-Wardrobe (two, one with mirrors)
-Chest of drawer (one bedside included)

The monthly rent is 850 for couples or 700pcm for single female, all inclusive of gas, electricity, water, virgin media internet, council tax and television licence. Rent is to be paid in advance.

There will be no agency fees. Reference may be requested upon acceptance.

I will need a deposit of 850 in advance which will be refunded at the end of contract in accordance with the lodger agreement.
