The rent is £127 per week and includes ALL bills, including wireless internet.

The apartment is sharing with the female owner. I’m a very social and bubbly person, however home is where the heart is, so it’s always a nice chilled and tranquil place to be. I am a working professional and work in Central London, so I’m up early and home late. I’m seeking a like minded flat mate who is happy and sane and is looking for a nice clean and contemporary home to share.

If you don’t know the area Thornton Heath pretty much has it all on the doorstep! The apartment is 4 minutes walk to Thornton Heath train station. Tesco is a 5mins walk, along with numerous amounts of amenities. It’s only 10mins via bus to Croydon town centre, Norbury is 15mins away, the 250 bus from outside the apartment will take you to Croydon, Streatham or Brixton. Mayday hospital is also a few minutes walk up the road.
