It's a lovely home. Bedroom comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers, two double wardrobes and a small table with chair. There’s a kitchen with an oven and gas cooker. There’s one bathroom and a seperate toilet. Utilities include a washing machine. Not suitable for working from home or couples.

In this friendly household you’ll be joining myself, my daughter aged 32 and my young adult son.

Nice quiet area with three local parks, including one at end of road.

East Croydon (25 mins via bus) has Box Park, lots of shops and great bus links.

East Croydon train station has a direct train to London Bridge, trains to London Victoria, St Pancras International and Brighton… for those sunny days which are perfect for the beach!

Close by is Purley way (30 mins via bus), there’s an Asda, M&S, restaurants, cinema and gym.
