A lady doctor as living in landlord , is looking for a PROFESSIONAL and WORKING FEMALE as lodger ,in a spare double furnished bedroom. It is quiet and clean household. I can offer a weekly contract also .Weekly stay is Minimum 2 weeks .
A monthly contract for two months minimum..
The double room comes with a NICE BATHROOM OPPOSITE to this bedroom.
Shared KITCHEN and DINNING area. Access to private GARDEN and plenty of FREE CAR PARKING outside the house.
House is in a quiet private cul de sac. Council tax band G .It is 10 minutes walk to local WAIT ROSE , LIDL and 3 HIGH STREETS with parade of shops.
HERSHAM station is 10 -15 minutes walk. While ESHER , WEYBRIDGE ,WALTON ON THAMES and STAINES train stations and town centres are within 2-3 miles..
From Walton-on-Thames, a 30 minutes direct train to Waterloo station, makes it SUITABLE FOR LONDON COMMUTERS./KINGSTON UNIVERSITY/ KINGSTON HOSPITAL .
Direct train from Hersham to Clapham junction. Good bus connections to these areas .
Room is FULL OF LIGHT and clean with a double bed , a comfortable mattress, a double built in wardrobe ,chest of drawers for storage ,mirror ,side table , chair and a table lamp.
Shared use of Microwave, fridge /freezer ,oven and washing machine.
Free Wi Fi 24/7.
Crockery ,pots , pans ,cutlery available to be used. Bed linen and towels available if needed. You just bring your clothes and yourself to stay.
2 references (including one from current employer ) and seeing an original identity documents like passport/driving license is required.
