A beautiful, spacious fully furnished, modern room in the town centre, very close to the Excel Leisure Centre (gym and swimming pool) and the river, to rent to one easy going professional. Flat has nice bathroom with the shower over bath. It's based on he first floor, in a nice quiet neighbourhood. There is a car park space available for your use. Wireless fast internet is available as well as small smart telly in room. We are both working full time so we spend a lot of time at work. In free time we normally chill watching telly, going to cinema, swimming pool or reading.
