Female Flat share in Walton-on-Thames

I am looking for a female flat share in a lovely spacious one bedroom flat in Walton on Thames, close to the town centre, shops and local gyms.

The flat has a modern, fresh clean feel to it.

I have a lovely friendly cat. So you would need to be okay with that.

The reason the rent it so cheap, is because I will still be in my flat from time to time. I am looking to stay with my partner more often and slowly move over to his. However due to my work I need to be at the flat a couple of times a week. So will come and go. However won't be there that much.

The flat has all modern new appliances and a separate bathroom, with bath and power shower. The flat has central heating and boradband.

It is best for someone who hasn't got much stuff, as all my things are here and you wouldn't really need anything. There isn't that much room for extra stuff, however I will be taking somethings to my parters which will make some space.

I am friendly and clean. I am looking for the same in a flat mate who is laid back and looking for a nice flat in a prime location near the river, at a low cost.
