Share for a friendly individual near Brookands Est

Hello, I am a slightly tubby and generally relaxed middle aged man ( 43) who has just bought a two bedroom flat in Weybridge, close to the Brooklands Trading Estate. it is currently unfurnished. I will need someone to share with to help with the mortgage. Probably male but not necessarily. I am looking to move in 19th February and will be buying furniture then too. I am very relaxed about the sort of person that I share with obviously we should get on, so shared interests might help, alternatively going for an occasional drink would be great too. The property is what looks to be an ex-council flat, relatively well proportioned ( sorry, I am an interior designer ) and in a nice area between Weybridge and West Byfleet stations and walking distance to both, although cycling to the either station would take only minutes.

My ideal share would be friendly and relaxed and looking to stay for a while. I work close to where i live so I may be absent most evenings but the prospect of finding someone to socialise with is a bonus too.
