Double room with bathroom nr 2 stations

I am a respectful, graduate professional, gay guy, with a two bedroom flat, looking to rent a double room and separate bathroom.

The flat is large, in a quiet location, first floor, secure and 5/8 mins from the two stations (Whyteleafe/Upper Warlingham), which have 30 min access to London. I have broadband, sky tv, and parking bays/garage. Management company keep all outside/stairways clean. One of 7 flats in the block.

Details: double room, with double bed, brand new mattress Aug 2016) one built in wardrobe, one standing wardrobe, desk, and bookshelves. Has own bathroom. Use of large living space and kitchen.

Lounge, large, with TV, dining table, sofas, fire, recently decorated. Kitchen all basic equipment. Balcony outside.

Would like to share with a male, student or professional, any racial background, gay or straight. I like sports, travel (recently back from Asia), current affairs. I am a quiet and considerate person, and looking for similar respectful sharer.
