I have a double room with en suite shower room available. The room is furnished with standard double bed and bedding, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.

The property is a two bedroomed ground floor flat with two bathroom/shower room and open plan kitchen, lounge, dining area.

It's in between two train stations that service London Bridge and London Victoria.

Locally, there is a bus stop at the top of the road, an off licence, a pub, two barbers, a chemist, a florist, a bookies, Post Office, two Indian restaurants, one Chinese restaurant, fish and chips, kebab shop and tapas bar. Everything you could ever want!

Ideally I would like to live with someone who is quite outgoing and fun of similar age. I work locally but tend to be around in the evenings and it would be nice to have some company.
