We have a lovely double bedroom for rent in our house (owned by myself and my mum). House is relatively large with all communal rooms (newly renovated open plan lounge and kitchen, utility room, bathrooms (x2)) for use by all. We also have a lovely decent size garden with table and BBQ etc. Parking available at the rear.

Included in the rent are all bills including broadband/wifi and SkyTV in the lounge. There is currently no TV in the room, but if you have one you can bring it and pay the extra charge for a sky box in the room (£5/10 a month).

We are looking for someone in full time employment who is clean and tidy, happy to do their own thing as well as be sociable with other members of the house. The house is occupied by myself, my mother and my son. We also have a very friendly pet (a bouncey friendly big Labrador), so you must like animals.

The house is 15/20 minutes walk from the town centre and Woking train station, and 5 minutes walk from the local leisure centre.
