hi, i have a large double size room available for a quiet responsible single lady or male. Walking distance to the station and town centre, and ASDA is just 5 mins walk away which is handy.
the rent is inclusive of bills and wireless broadband and is fully furnished, apart from douvet and pillows.

there is plenty of parking outside, and no permit is required, i have never had a problem with parking.
