The flat is a shared flat, it's a friendly warm place. Amidst busy lives we do tend to mostly fend for ourselves food wise but cook and eat together if we can. We might sit, chat, and watch TV together, but equally give each other plenty of space. We share a beer together but don't go out on the town a great deal.
- Double bedroom available, roughly 3. 5m squared. It can come furnished or unfurnished. I own the flat with my brother but moved out to get married, the other two house mates are friends of mine.
- Good sized 70's flat, much bigger than many of the modern builds. Good size lounge with dining table, seating and TV. Well equipped kitchen.
- Separate toilet and bathroom. Bathroom has combined shower-bath.
- There's communal off road parking for the flats.
- Bikes can be kept on the balcony.
- There are some communal storage cupboards.
- Two minute walk from local shops, including, Londis, Newsagents, cafes, takeaways.
-2 miles from Woking centre and train station. 1. 4miles to West Byfleet. Regular bus service to both.
-The area is quite diverse ethnically and there is a considerable amount of social housing near to us - though we are happy amidst this diversity.
